Replacing plastic in the retail and fashion industry

Plastic is one of the biggest global concerns in the world today, and its environmental impact is only getting more irreversible by the day. I have researched and written a market analysis on replacing plastic with alternative materials in clothes retail and designed a multipurpose hanger that can be used at bags by customers. Shops including Primark, H&M, Next and, Debenhams. These shops, as do many others, use cheap single use plastic hangers for displaying their goods. To find out how we can replace the plastic with a more sustainable alternative I have researched into the retail industry and the plastic consumption and alternative regenerative compostable materials. The research includes case studies, literature reviews, interviews and experiments.
